Objectified

The Helvetica documentary by Gary Hustwit really interested me, not only because of the content but also the way the documentary was shot and edited. It was a really interesting and well rounded look at a typeface that is known worldwide. For these reasons I am looking forward to seeing Hustwit's latest documentary Objectified. It's about "our complex relationship with manufactured objects and, by extension, the people who design them. It’s a look at the creativity at work behind everything from toothbrushes to tech gadgets. It’s about the designers who re-examine, re-evaluate and re-invent our manufactured environment on a daily basis. It’s about personal expression, identity, consumerism, and sustainability. "

Above is the poster designed by Build, I really like it due to the use of easily recognisable objects to make the word Objectify and the clean black, white and grey palette. I look forward to seeing the film.
